What We Offer
Three Services,
Clearly Defined
Each service addresses a specific accounting need. Pricing is published, scope is discussed before work begins, and delivery includes a written summary of what was done.

Finding What Fits Your Situation
These three services cover the most common accounting needs — annual tax preparation, ongoing record-keeping, and year-end financial statements. Some clients use one; others use two or all three in combination.
If you are not certain which applies to your situation, a brief initial conversation is the most direct way to work that out. There is no obligation in making contact.
Tax Strategy & Filing
$450 USD per engagement
A thoughtful approach to annual and quarterly tax preparation tailored to individual circumstances. The service covers a detailed review of income sources, eligible deductions, and applicable credits. Suitable for individuals, sole proprietors, and partnerships seeking a careful, organised filing process.
Includes a preliminary consultation, document review, preparation of the filing, and a follow-up summary of the completed work. Typical engagement spans two to four weeks during filing season.

Monthly Bookkeeping & Reconciliation
$320 USD per month
Ongoing financial record-keeping designed to keep accounts orderly and current. Each month, transactions are categorised, bank and credit card statements are reconciled, and a concise financial summary is prepared.
Suited for small to mid-sized businesses that prefer to have their books maintained by a dedicated professional. Includes access to a shared cloud ledger so you can see the state of your records at any time between reports.

Concise monthly financial summary
Shared cloud ledger with ongoing visibility between reports

Year-End Financial Reporting
$1,200 USD per engagement
A comprehensive preparation of annual financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow summary. The process begins with a thorough review of the year's records, followed by adjusting entries and compilation of reports.
Designed for businesses that need clear, well-organised financial documentation at the close of their fiscal year. Reports are formatted for the intended audience — stakeholders, lenders, or regulatory bodies — not simply exported from bookkeeping software.

Adjusting entries and account reconciliation
Balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow summary
Formatted for stakeholders, lenders, or regulatory submission
Summary of the completed work and notes for the following year

Process
What Every Engagement Includes
Regardless of which service applies to your situation, the same standards apply to how the work is handled.
Initial consultation
A conversation before work begins, to understand your specific situation and confirm what the engagement covers.
Document review
Source materials read and checked before preparation begins. Missing items or inconsistencies raised promptly.
Careful preparation
The filing, reconciliation, or reporting work carried out with direct communication if anything requires a decision.
Delivery with summary
Completed work delivered with a written summary — what was done, what was noted, what to keep in mind going forward.
Questions
Useful to Know Before Starting
Can I use more than one service?
Yes. A number of clients use Monthly Bookkeeping year-round and Year-End Financial Reporting at close of fiscal year, for instance. If your situation calls for a combination, we discuss the best arrangement at the outset.
How do I know which service applies to me?
If you are an individual or small business owner with income to file — Tax Strategy & Filing. If your business runs ongoing transactions that need monthly tracking — Monthly Bookkeeping. If you need formal year-end financial statements for external use — Year-End Reporting. When in doubt, a brief message outlining your situation is the simplest way to confirm.
What does the initial consultation involve?
A short conversation — usually by email or video call — covering your income structure, what records you have available, what you need the engagement to produce, and any questions you have about the process. This usually takes 20–30 minutes and sets the scope before any preparation work begins.
Are the prices fixed?
The prices listed here apply to standard engagements as described. If your situation involves unusual complexity or a notably larger scope than typical, this would be discussed and confirmed before the engagement begins — not added after delivery.
I have never worked with an accountant before. Is that a problem?
Not at all. The initial consultation is specifically designed to establish where your records currently stand and what needs to happen to get them to where they should be. There is no assumption that you have prior experience with accounting processes.
